evaluation 3 continue

After exploring printing, I then went on to scan flowers this enabled a closeness that

That allowed me to both life decomposing but also the richness of the life of the beautiful flower.

When thinking about what I could do with these images I chose to take the 3rd one and take it into lino sending the image to James the technician he then programmed the illustrator to colour it black and white placing messurments for an a4 size lino .

Here is the Lino print that had the image that came from the scanned flower I used this with clay and plaster both metrial that react one with plaster and water the other  imprint with the clay thes image are showing the mark of the flower the traces that we leave behind impeded into the metrial . Giving an historical look about them .

Looking at my plaster flower expriementation this is where I found something that was connecting for me  the cutting down the side of the plaster reveals unexpected life but what is it unaware of what it was where I could take it with its edge texture flowers continued to rott over the weeks add new life see new tones and shades gradually coming through

I continued to build on the idea doing more plaster with flflowers

As I got more into this process i got more thoughtful with the cutting of the plaster

I think to make this part of the piece but now sure what I will do with it . Although its been placed in the plaster its continuing to move forward mould is coming through there is a slow changing of the colour each say I come in I am still wanting to explore the flowers

Why did I do tho freeze the the flowers in a space but the flowers appear to be moving on yoy can’t stop the process within the plaster you see it moving on  slowly .
